Great old production tool catalogs from the 1950s. Industrial Conveyor Lot. Full of photos, diagrams, graphs, product descriptions and artist renderings. Shows some plant pictures. Each catalog is about 45 pages. Detroit area use to be full of tool shops that designed production tooling for the big three and AMC. There are 9 books in this lot, some of these companies were still around in the 90s when I worked at the GM Truck Group Production Engineering and Assembly Dept. We would track the production tooling design through its design life for each truck program. These books would be useful for engineers to select the proper conveyor systems when designing a plant layout.
