This station is designed for countertop use in concession stands, food trucks, and convenience store cafes. Its stand holds a full size food pan (sold separately) under which a built-in 20" calrod element emits heat for gentle warming across the entire pan. Its 500W heating power keeps fries hot and crispy for up to 30 minutes.
This unit is powered by a discreet toggle switch on the rear. Just switch it on, let the warmer heat up, and add your fried foods. The indicator light makes the food easy to monitor throughout the day, and the switch guard helps preventing accidental bumps from turning it off.
Made of stainless steel, this dump station provides a sturdy holding solution for any commercial business. Plus, the unit's fixed height helps deliver the perfect heat intensity for most fried foods.
