So I have 8 of these they will brew coffee in a thermal container with flip down tray. They brew into two containers on the front of the machine. So if you wanted to make plain or flavored tea you can do it with one machine. The dilution and concentrate are 100% controllable you can use the programs to make whatever amount of tea or coffee you want. Pulse brew is also an option. Your machine will come with two servers and you will have to get your own water hook up on the back since nobody’s plumbing will be the same. I have a pic of the open top of the machine they aren’t all calcium filled and they aren’t brown with age from years of heat. They look new inside, look at the clear silicone lines they are free from calcium and not brown from age and heat. This bunn is 0 new and doesn’t come with dispensers mine are like new and comes with everything to get started.
