    Description

    This is a silicon nitride (Si3N4 99.5%)
    sputter target. A certificate of analysis is included.
    The dimensions are 1.00" diameter x 0.125" thick, bonded to a 1" dia x 0.125" thick copper back plate.
    Please note: it has spots visible on it, which is an artifact of hot-pressing this material. This is normal, and not related to homogeneity.
