The Classic Dog uses steam to prepare your hot dogs and is a more compact distribution machine. This unit works great in managing high customer demand for hot dogs. There is no relay or float switch to worry about and it has a new bulb style thermostat to hold the water temperature more accurately. This unit will continue heating after the water has evaporated and won’t damage the element. We have designed it to hold all hot dogs (which can hold up to 192) or a combination of hot dogs and buns (96 hot dogs and 30 buns).
